Job Description:
At least 8 years of HRIS or enterprise People Systems experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience in complex, global organizations.
At least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations or major tenant transformations, with experience across multiple countries, business units, or legal entities.
Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM and a strong understanding of Workday business process architecture, data structures, organizational and job frameworks, security domains, reporting, EIB, integrations, testing, and release management.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Experience in HRIS and Workday Reporting.
Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 2 Workday implementation experiences.
