Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Ph.D. holder in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Being able to travel domestically and internationally for attending 3GPP standardization meetings
  • Research and development experience in wireless communications and integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), preferably with a focus on vehicular communications
  • Experience of contributing to 3GPP standardization as a delegate or back-office support in RAN1 WG
  • Strong patent record in 5G NR technologies
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication at Layer 1 and Layer 2
  • Solid understanding of 4G LTE / 5G NR standards and 3GPP standardization processes
  • Capability to learn and explore new research areas
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Clear and concise presentation skills, both written and oral, with consideration for international audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a highly motivated team environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to respond professionally in all types of situations.
