Job Descriptions:

1. Senior Web3 Developer (3 Positions)

Experience

·6+ years in software engineering, with hands-on experience in Web3 development

Key Responsibilities

·Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web3-enabled applications

Integrate blockchain interactions using Web3 libraries
Build robust backend and frontend components using modern tech stacks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions
Optimise application performance, security, and scalability
Stay updated with evolving Web3 frameworks and ecosystem trends

Mandatory Skills

·Strong programming expertise inJava and TypeScript

Hands-on experience withWeb3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js)
Experience in building distributed or decentralised applications
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures

Good to Have

·Exposure to blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)

Understanding of cryptographic concepts and decentralised identity
Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)

Note

·Smart contract development or token issuance experience is NOT required

2. Senior QA Engineer – Web3 Applications (2 Positions)

Experience

·6+ years in software testing, with 2+ years in blockchain/Web3 testing

Key Responsibilities

·Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Web3 applications

Validate blockchain transactions, node interactions, and on-chain data flows
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web3 systems
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across decentralised environments
Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality and defect-free releases
Track defects and ensure timely resolution

Mandatory Skills

·Strong experience insoftware testing and automation

Proven experience testingWeb3 or blockchain applications
Hands-on experience withon-chain account testing
Familiarity with API testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, Selenium)

Good to Have

·Knowledge of blockchain networks and transaction lifecycle

Understanding of smart contracts (for testing perspective only)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
