CANDIDATE BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Experienced Financial Advisor with a strong background developing and managing long-term client relationships.

• Minimum of10 years of financial advisory, wealth management, or related client-facing experience.

• CFP® designation required.

• Demonstrated experience building, growing, and servicing a book of business.

• Strong knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-aware wealth strategies.

• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, executives, and other private clients.

• Atransferable book of business is preferred but not required.

• Strong relationship-management, communication, and business-development capabilities.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Serve as a primary advisor to established client relationships and provide ongoing financial planning and wealth management guidance.

• Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals, financial circumstances, and long-term objectives.

• Advise clients across investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax-aware strategies, insurance, and other wealth planning needs.

• Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, executives, and other private clients.

• Support the transition and continued management of established client relationships as part of a long-term succession opportunity.

• Develop new relationships and contribute to continued asset and business growth through referrals and business development.

• Collaborate with internal specialists and firm resources to provide clients with comprehensive wealth management solutions.

• Maintain a high standard of client service while helping ensure continuity and retention of client relationships.
