Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct in-depth review of vulnerability scans, pen test results, threat intelligence, and red team findings. Prioritize remediation efforts and coordinate across teams.
- Drive refinement, automation, and enhancement of vulnerability management processes.
- Prepare and present reports on vulnerability management progress to leadership.
- Ensure timely patching and configuration updates to maintain effective defenses.
- Contribute to defining and reviewing security policies and practices.
- Stay current with threat landscape and industry best practices and recommend improvements to strengthen ZS’s security posture.
- Author SOPs, technical documentation, and runbooks for team and ISMS compliance.
- Collaborate with other security teams for operational efficiency and posture management.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance processes and create new capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Threat and Vulnerability Management.
- Proficiency in vulnerability management lifecycle and cloud environments.
- Strong expertise with industry-standard VAPT tools (Nessus, Rapid7, Qualys, Wiz, etc.).
- Proven experience with security incidents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
- Flexibility to work late shifts for coordination with U.S.-based teams.
- Industry certifications such as CEH, Security+, or equivalent preferred.
