Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of relationship managers to drive liability growth, deposit mobilization, and cash management sales within the SME segment.
• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to acquire new-to-bank SME clients and deepen wallet share of existing portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with product partners, including Transaction Banking and Treasury, to deliver tailored liquidity and digital solutions.
• Oversee team performance against financial and non-financial KPIs, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Maintain robust risk management, ensuring team compliance with regulatory standards, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and internal controls.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support career progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in corporate or SME banking, with a strong focus on liabilities, cash management, and transactional banking.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management in a financial institution.
• Deep understanding of SME market trends, financial products, and regulatory environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
