About the Role

AsSenior Vice President,youwillleadstrategicadvisoryengagements,guideC-suiteexecutivesasaGrowthPipelineCoach,anddrivethoughtleadershipandbusinesstransformation.YouwillownthePracticeArea’sstrategy,revenuegrowth,consultingexcellence,clientrelationships,andleadershipdevelopmentwhileexpandingFrost&Sullivan’sglobaladvisorybusiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadstrategicconsultingengagements,advisingC-suiteexecutivesongrowthstrategy,marketpositioning,businesstransformation,andemergingindustrytrends.

• ChampionFrost&Sullivan’sGrowthPipelineEngine(GPE),facilitatingexecutiveGrowthDialoguesandidentifyingactionablegrowthopportunities.

• Driveconsultingexcellence,ensuringhigh-qualitydelivery,effectiveresourceutilisation,andstrongclientoutcomes.

• Buildtrustedrelationshipswithseniorexecutives,developstrategicpartnerships,andleadhigh-valueclientengagements.

• OwnPracticeAreastrategy,revenuegrowth,businessdevelopment,andcommercialperformance.

• DevelopandcommercialiseGrowthPipelineAdvisory(GPAD),GrowthPipeline-as-a-Service(GPaaS),anddifferentiatedconsultingofferings.

• Leadthoughtleadershipinitiatives,developproprietarymethodologies,andrepresentFrost&Sullivanatindustryforumsandexecutiveevents.

• Mentorseniorconsultants,developfutureleaders,andfostercollaborationacrosspractices.

Required Competencies

• Education:Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Economics,Engineering,Technology,orarelatedfield;postgraduatequalificationpreferred.

• Experience:13+yearsinconsulting,strategicadvisory,orprofessionalservices,preferablyintechnology,telecommunications,orrelatedindustries.

• Strategic & Commercial Acumen:Provenabilitytodrivebusinessstrategy,revenuegrowth,andnewmarketopportunities.

• Consulting & Industry Expertise:Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills,withtheabilitytotranslatemarketintelligenceintoactionablerecommendations.

• Executive Client Leadership:ExperienceadvisingC-suiteexecutives,buildingstrategicrelationships,andsecuringhigh-valueengagements.

• Communication & Thought Leadership:ExcellentEnglishcommunication,executivepresentation,andstakeholderinfluencingskills.

• Practice & People Leadership:Provenabilitytoleadconsultingteams,ensuredeliveryexcellence,anddevelopfutureleaders.
