Scope of tasks:

• Preparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.

• Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team

• Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews – FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams

• Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments

• Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted

• Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)

What you’ll bring to the team

• Professional mastery inquantitative and qualitative research methods

• Familiarity with tools likeDovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, FigJam, or remote research platforms

• Experience collaborating withEuropean clients or teams

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

• Native-level proficiency in Arabic

• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you know how to make insights stick

• Aproactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you solve them

• Ability tonavigate multiple stakeholders and influence decisions with confidence

• Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills

• Openness to thefast-paced, agency-style environment
