Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSenior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations, complex configurations, and multi-module solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in UKG Pro WFM, workforce scheduling, forecasting, data migration, reporting, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops, solution discussions, and design validation sessions with business stakeholders.

• Design, configure, and deliver end-to-end UKG Pro WFM solutions from the ground up.

• Provide functional expertise across the following modules:

  • Advanced Scheduling

  • Forecasting

  • UKG Bryte AI

  • Dataviews

  • Data Migration

  • Dataviews and KPI Metrics Reporting

• Drive complex configurations, enhancements, defect resolution, and system optimization.

• Establish configuration governance and deployment strategies across environments.

• Lead functional testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Manage and review configuration migrations to production using SDM.

• Analyze and validate API integrations, integration architecture, and data flows.

• Support the design, installation, and configuration of UKG Pro UDM Clocks.

• Prepare and review Solution Design Documents (SDDs), configuration workbooks, test strategies, test cases, and test results.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client escalations and functional decision-making.

• Mentor junior team members and promote configuration standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior UKG Pro WFM Implementation Consultant.

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration and solution design.

• Deep understanding of Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Dataviews, Data Migration, and KPI Metrics Reporting.

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM API integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with UKG Pro UDM Clocks, including design, installation, and configuration.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing, validation, and defect management.

• Experience with multi-instance implementations and global rollouts.

• Proven ability to lead complex configurations and multi-module implementations.

• Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Bryte AI.

• Integration experience with Boomi or similar middleware platforms.

• UKG Pro WFM certifications.

• Boomi or API integration certifications.
