Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking aSenior UI/UX Designer. You will elevate end-to-end experience design for internal platforms, with a focus on native macOS apps and modern web applications. You will lead UX architecture and UI craft, create prototypes and high-fidelity designs and partner closely with engineering and product teams to iterate quickly using research, telemetry and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX architecture and UI visual design for native macOS desktop tools and complex web applications
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Partner with software engineers and product leads from discovery through delivery and QA
• Drive rapid iteration using user research, telemetry and stakeholder feedback
• Define and maintain consistent interaction patterns aligned with platform guidelines
• Communicate design decisions through clear storytelling, walkthroughs and documentation
• Support implementation with handoffs that clarify behavior, edge cases and states

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI and UX work across shipped products or platforms
• Proven experience in UI/UX design or product design for native apps or modern web applications
• Background in human-computer interaction (HCI), interaction design, visual design or related disciplines
• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Sketch or Adobe Illustrator
• Communication skills to present work and influence cross-functional partners in English
• Experience with iterative design workflows, incorporating research insights and product data
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, hardware program and product stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience designing internal enterprise tools, developer tools or productivity applications
• Familiarity with Apple design principles and the macOS Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
• Experience working on design systems or component-based UI patterns
