| • Proven hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other GenAI technologies to improve engineering productivity. |
| • Ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams. |
| • Good understanding of full-stack application development using Java and Spring Boot. |
| • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. |
