Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map requirements and strategies.
Design and execute complex architecture plans, including advanced dial plans and E911 compliance.
Perform hands-on configuration and deployment for Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/DI) and Microsoft Teams Phone (Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans).
Prepare project engineering designs and detailed Method-of-Procedure (MOP) documentation for customer implementations.
Coordinate cross-functionally with clients, internal project teams, and third-party vendors to execute end-to-end deployments.
Advise clients on integrating AI capabilities into their collaboration ecosystems.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

7+ years of experience planning, designing, and deploying complex UC solutions.
Deep expertise in Cisco UC environments, including CUCM, Unity Connection, CER, Cisco Voice Gateways, and Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/Dedicated Instance).
Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft Teams Phone architectures, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.
Advanced proficiency in leveraging PowerShell for automated user provisioning and environment troubleshooting.
Hands-on expertise integrating Microsoft-certified Session Border Controllers and configuring third-party endpoints.
10 years of consulting experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator.
Hands-on experience with Client solutions from vendors like Ribbon, AudioCodes, and Oracle.
Practical experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cisco AI).
Automation scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs) for UC administrative workflows.
Required: CCNP-Collaboration certification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Desired: Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications System Engineer / Teams Administrator Associate, or Webex Calling Administration Professional.
