What you'll do?

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop engineering tools usingC#, .NET, and WPF.

• Own the complete software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Design scalable and maintainable architectures usingMVVM, Dependency Injection, MEF, and plug-in-based frameworks.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand complex workflows and convert them into efficient software solutions.

• Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and common tool capabilities to improve engineering productivity.

• Implement unit testing, integration testing, GUI automation, and software quality practices.

• Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure adherence to clean-code and design principles.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, software packaging, and release management activities.

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance tool development, usability, and engineering efficiency.

• Contribute to modern UI/UX, visualization, and where applicable, 3D/interactive engineering solutions.

What you'll bring?

• 7-10 years of software development experience, preferably in engineering, automotive, tooling, or similar technical environments.

• Strong expertise inC#, .NET, WPF, and Object-Oriented Programming.

• Hands-on experience withMVVM architecture, Data Binding, Commands, Dependency Injection, and UI design patterns.

• Solid understanding ofsoftware architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

• Experience developingmodular, extensible, and plug-in-based applications.

• Good knowledge ofunit testing, integration testing, GUI automation, and test frameworks.

• Experience withGit, GitLab, CodeBeamer, or similar version control and requirement management tools.

• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, automated builds, deployment, and release processes.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive technical solutions.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with engineers, stakeholders, testers, and end users.

• Experience in code reviews, technical discussions, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

• Added advantage: Experience withBlender, Unity, 3D visualization, Python scripting, APIs, databases, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools.

• A self-driven mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and taking ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
