Job Description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it can take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely when work requirements allow.Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack (CEMA) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. BAE Systems has recently been awarded new programs and is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. We have multiple positions in Southern New Hampshire (our locations include Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, and Manchester).
BAE Systems is searching for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in developing automated test software solutions. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter, able to work individually or as part of a team, willing to take direction and be able to communicate effectively.
Pursuant to Government Contract, this position requires US Citizenship.
Required Skills and Education
- Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret level security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Background experience in NI TestStand sequence development
- Background experience in embedded and/or application software development in C/C#/C++
- Software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience using and developing drivers for RF Test Equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Sources, Power Meters etc)
- Experience in RF measurement techniques
- Agile development experience
- Real-time embedded programming
- Git, Jira, Confluence, Clearcase, Bit Bucket
