Job Title: Senior Technology Product Manager

Location: Coppell, TX

Duration: 6 Month Contract 

Summary:

• Engage in advanced tasks supporting the lifecycle of technology products
• Contribute to product design, feature development, and strategic planning for a SaaS product
• Ensure products meet market needs and customer expectations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines
• Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform product features
• Define and document product requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
• Manage the implementation of feature enhancements
• Coordinate beta testing and gather user feedback
• Support product launches and post-launch activities
• Identify and mitigate product-related risks
• Contribute to strategic product planning and vision
• Work with regional owners in all regions

Requirements:

• Advanced requirement analysis proficiency in a SaaS delivery model
• Experience in conducting thorough market research
• Ability to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps
• Skilled in data analysis for informed decision-making
• Basic proficiency in UX/UI design principles
• Project management skills using PM tools
• Risk management capabilities
• Effective technical communication skills
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools for development analysis and specification
• Ability to use AI tools for creating clickable examples for customers
• Understanding of Agentic Agents in a business context
