Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) with end-to-end professional services project experience in Data & AI initiatives. The candidate will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Important: Only candidates with 100% professional services experience will be considered. Managed services or support-only backgrounds are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI professional services projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

• Serve as the primary POC for clients, business stakeholders, and vendors.

• Plan, monitor, and report projects using Waterfall (PMP/PRINCE2), Agile (Scrum), or hybrid methodologies; justify methodology choices.

• Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project (Waterfall), JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana (Agile) to track progress.

• Identify and mitigate project risks; provide practical examples from prior professional services projects.

• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to manage stakeholder expectations.

• Facilitate Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with technical teams on Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Analytics initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of professional services project management experience only.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certified – mandatory.

• Independent TPM experience with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven track record in Data & AI, Analytics, ERP, or enterprise application professional services projects.

• Expertise in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Hands-on with PM tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana.

• Strong communication, risk management, and decision-making skills.

• Stable career with minimal gaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-region or international professional services projects.

• Familiarity with cloud-native AI/ML platforms and enterprise integration.

• Experience in hybrid project delivery models combining Agile and Waterfall.
