About the Role

We are seeking aSenior Technical Project Manager with100% professional services experience to leadend-to-end cloud and automation projects. The candidate will managecomplex client engagements, ensuretimely, high-quality delivery, and act as theprimary point of contact for stakeholders.

Important: Managed services or support-only backgrounds arenot eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadfull lifecycle cloud and automation professional services projects usingWaterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

• Act asprimary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.

• Plan, monitor, and report projects usingPM tools:

  • Waterfall: Microsoft Project

  • Agile: JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana

• FacilitateAgile development processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).

• Identify, track, andmitigate project risks, providing practical examples from previous professional services projects.

• Preparestatus reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

• Managestakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of professional services project management experience incloud and automation projects only.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certified – mandatory.

• Proven experience managingWaterfall projects and usingMicrosoft Project.

• StrongAgile/Scrum expertise and experience withAgile PM tools: JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana.

• Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strongrisk management, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

• Stable career with minimal gaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managingmulti-region or international cloud projects.

• Familiarity withpublic cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),cloud-native technologies, andautomation tools.

• Experience withhybrid project delivery models combining Agile and Waterfall.

• Vendor/resource management experience in professional services projects.
