Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives within cloud-first networking and security solutions. You will drive project planning and execution, collaborating with various engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. The position involves leveraging scaled Agile practices and AI-assisted tools to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of large technical programs.
Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with stakeholders.
Implement and refine scaled Agile methodologies across development lifecycles.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Track and report on program progress using key delivery metrics.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of program or technical project management experience in software/cloud/networking/cybersecurity product development.
Deep experience leading cross-team Agile or scaled Agile delivery initiatives.
Strong technical background with understanding of SDLC, cloud products, and engineering trade-offs.

Industry Experience: Experience in software, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity product development environments is essential for this role.
