Job Summary

We are seeking ahighly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with15+ years of overall experience to lead and drive complex, large-scale technical programs. The ideal candidate will play ahands-on Technical Program Manager role, working closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives.

This role requires strong technical depth, exceptional program execution skills, and the ability to influence across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as aTechnical Program Manager, owning end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs

• Partner closely withengineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics

• Driveprogram planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across multiple workstreams

• Translate business requirements intoclear technical plans and execution roadmaps

• Identify, track, and mitigatetechnical and program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks

• Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions when required

• Establish and maintainprogram governance, reporting, and communication with senior leadership

• Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

• Lead continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience as aTechnical Program Manager (TPM)

• Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams

• Proven experience managinglarge-scale, complex, cross-functional technical programs

• Experience working incloud, distributed systems, platforms, or large enterprise systems

• Excellent understanding ofSDLC, Agile, and program management frameworks

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inproduct-driven or platform organizations

• Background working withAWS / cloud-native technologies

• Experience in high-growth or large-scale enterprise environments

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications
