This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting to VP-level stakeholders, requiring strong ownership, executive communication, budgeting, and large-scale delivery management experience.

• Lead and manage a team of project managers across large technical programs
• Drive executive-level communication and stakeholder reporting
• Maintain and accelerate delivery timelines for critical initiatives
• Simplify operational processes through automation and optimization
• Coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project management teams
• Ensure alignment with SDLC processes and enterprise delivery standards
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and escalations effectively

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's degree required

💼 Experience

• Extensive experience managinglarge enterprise technical programs
• Telecom domain experience preferred
• Strong background in budgeting and executive stakeholder management
• Prior software development background is highly beneficial
• Experience independently driving enterprise-scale initiatives
