Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of new technology products, services, and/or features to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program launches, scrum delivery, and resource planning.
• Develop technical project and program roadmaps and milestones, define key performance metrics (KPIs) and success criteria, and monitor the efficiency of product and technical team delivery.
• Influence and collaborate across organizations, including engineering, product, security, and compliance, to build commitment with execution teams, negotiate competing requirements, and support alignment on program objectives.
• Report technology project plans, status and risks to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Analyze system metrics, user impact, and operational data to identify gaps, propose process improvements, streamline program/project management methodologies, and drive standardization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior-level team members

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master
• Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules
• Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for the engineers
• Maintaining key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention and
• Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 10%.

Salary Range: $207190 - $223200 per year
