Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

We are partnering with a well-funded technology organization on a Senior Technical Program Manager opportunity spanning large-scale compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, automation, and data center delivery. You will provide the clarity and operating rhythm that enable exceptional engineers to deliver complex infrastructure programs.
What You'll Own

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple complex infrastructure and engineering programs.
• Build integrated schedules, critical paths, milestones, risk registers, and cross-functional dependency plans.
• Coordinate deliverables across Compute, Network, Storage, Kubernetes, Data Center Operations, capacity, and software teams.
• Identify blockers early, facilitate engineering decisions, and drive action owners to closure.
• Establish effective program cadences, governance, accountability, and escalation processes.
• Create concise executive reporting on milestones, risks, decisions, and portfolio health.
• Partner with infrastructure delivery teams during major capacity, facilities, and platform deployments.
• Improve the tools and processes that help complex engineering organizations scale.

• 10+ years in technical program management or closely related delivery leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success managing concurrent, cross-functional engineering and infrastructure programs.
• Strong familiarity with infrastructure concepts across networking, compute, storage, Kubernetes, or data centers.
• Excellent critical path, risk, dependency, resource, and milestone management.
• Confidence leading through influence without direct authority over engineering teams.
• Strong executive communication and ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly.
• Comfort driving decisions and predictable execution in a fast-moving technical environment.

• Large-scale distributed infrastructure or advanced compute platform delivery.
• Data center buildouts, capacity expansions, or complex infrastructure deployments.
• Experience partnering with software engineering, infrastructure operations, and facilities delivery teams.
• Experience building program management practices from the ground up.
