Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and proactively resolving any blocking issues to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to advance project reviews.
Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring all milestones are met and projects remain on schedule.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates, highlights, and addressing any concerns.
Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges, with detailed insights into the review and approval stages.
Coordinate with privacy stakeholders to align and document best practices for approvals.
Manage project risks effectively, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation as needed.
Research, catalog, and annotate AI Research assets, requiring high attention to detail and organizational skills.
Utilize Google Sheets/Excel for data exploration and analysis to inform project decisions and optimize workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI research landscape and tools.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in AI/LLM research, privacy, data analytics, or risk management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others to accomplish goals.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data annotation, exploration, and analysis.
Experience with data analysis and running ad hoc queries.
Familiarity with AI research tools and landscape.
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
