Location: Greater Seattle Area (Onsite / Hybrid)

Role Overview

They are seekinghighly experienced Technical Program Managers who are deeply technical and capable of drivingAI and agentic system programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will play a hands-onTechnical Program Manager role, partnering closely with engineering, data science, product, and leadership teams to deliver complex, large-scale technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as aTechnical Program Manager (TPM) owning delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with a strong focus onAI, ML, and agentic systems
• Driveend-to-end program execution: roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, execution tracking, and delivery
• Work closely withengineering, AI/ML, platform, data, product, and architecture teams to translate business goals into executable technical plans
• Lead programs involvingagentic AI workflows, autonomous systems, LLM-based solutions, AI platforms, and orchestration frameworks
• Deeply understand system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and infrastructure to enable informed technical decision-making
• Establish and manageprogram governance, metrics, timelines, and stakeholder communications at senior leadership level
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies across teams
• Influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple organizations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience as aTechnical Program Manager in large-scale technology environments
• Strongtechnical background with hands-on understanding of software engineering concepts, cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and data architectures
• Proven experience drivingAI / ML programs, including exposure toagentic AI systems, LLMs, automation frameworks, or intelligent platforms
• Experience managinghighly complex, multi-team, multi-quarter programs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineering teams and executive stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Experience working withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deliveringagentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows, or AI-driven platforms at scale
• Background inAI platform development, MLOps, or data platforms
• Prior experience in large enterprise or Big Tech environments
• Certifications such asPMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications (nice to have)

• Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area
• Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid model as required
