Senior Technical Product Manager

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for web and mobile products. This is a senior-level opportunity to own product direction, work directly with executive stakeholders, and shape how data and technology drive the customer experience.

Technical Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Set the strategic direction for product initiatives and keep the product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Define, prioritize, and refine product features based on market feedback, customer needs, and data analysis
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical requirements and user stories in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation
• Define and track KPIs, analyze product performance and user engagement, and use those insights to improve features and functionality
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and key partners, and advocate for customer needs in decision-making
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage schedules, and put processes in place that speed up issue resolution
• Mentor and coach junior product team members and lead cross-functional teams toward strategic goals

Technical Product Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be located within a 45 min. commute of downtown Orlando, FL 
• 8+ years of experience in product management and/or technical project or program delivery, including time in a senior or lead role
• Strong background in product management within hospitality, eCommerce, and/or information technology
• Proven success managing web and mobile projects that require close partnership with IT and integration with back-end systems and data
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, FullStory, or Quantum Metric
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, or VersionOne, plus experience estimating and managing projects
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office
• Experience building and leading teams of technical product managers
• Strong communication, decision-making, strategic planning, and change management skills

Technical Product Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent work experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
