Location: 1670 8th Ave, Tampa, Florida, USA 33605 – 100% Onsite all days from office

Seeking aSenior Technical Lead (.NET) who is highly hands-on in coding and experienced in leveraging AI Tools (Augment Code preferred) to accelerate development and modernize legacy applications.
The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives while actively contributing to development, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
This role requires strong expertise in.NET technologies and AI-assisted development across the SDLC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using.NET / .NET Core / C#.
  • UtilizeAI Tools /Augment Code and Agentic AI capabilities for code generation, code conversion, modernization, and intelligent code review.
  • Actively contribute tohands-on coding, debugging, and solution design.
  • Drive engineering excellence and mentor developers on modern coding practices.
  • LeverageAI tools across the SDLC lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in.NET development (C#, .NET Core,ASP.NET).
  • Hands-on experience usingAugment Code or similar AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, and modernization.
  • Strong experience inenterprise application development and legacy modernization.
  • Experience withmicroservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity withcloud platforms (Azure) andCI/CD pipelines.

Preferred
  • Experience implementingAI-assisted engineering workflows in development teams.
  • Exposure tocloud-native architectures and modernization programs.
