Pay Range: $65 - $70/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
 

Introduction

This role involves working as a Senior Technical Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM and other ServiceNow modules. The position requires a strong technical background, experience in ITIL processes, and excellent communication and team management skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and understanding Architecture solutions
• Ability to convert customer business requirements to functional requirements
• Experience in leading implementation projects in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM areas and completing one full implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integration with third-party tools
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 foundation certifications
• Good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
• Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, etc.)
• Abilities to manage conflicts with customers and internal stakeholders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and proactively analyze and resolve application issues
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance with the team
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports
