Senior Technical Business Analyst (P&C insurance)
Remote – no west coast folks Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting lifecycles, rules engines, and policy lifecycle management.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, JSON and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Ability to read and interpret JSON data structures
- Experience with Airtable, CRM systems, or workflow platforms.
- AI and Emerging Technology:
- Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
- Experience documenting AI requirements and use cases.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
- Experience evaluating AI outputs and measuring AI effectiveness.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
