Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Canton, OH. This role offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional positions, including engineers, project managers, and other exempt-level roles. This position requires an experienced recruiter who can independently manage the recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, and identify qualified candidates for specialized positions.
Experience recruiting within the utilities or energy industry is highly preferred but not required. Candidates with primarily IT recruiting experience are not the target for this position.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer delivery.

Recruit for technical and nontechnical professional and management-level positions.

Develop candidate pipelines using online recruiting resources, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.

Partner with sourcing specialists to present qualified and diverse candidate slates.

Coordinate interviews and manage internal employee transfer processes.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal business partners.

Communicate compensation, benefits, and other employment details to candidates.

Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation.

Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and affirmative action requirements.

Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to less experienced recruiting team members as needed.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

At least five years of corporate recruiting experience, including recruiting for professional and management-level positions.

At least three years of experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting resources.

Knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and employment practices.

Ability to manage multiple openings independently with minimal supervision.

Valid driver's license.
