Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a verified and validated product by defining and executing test strategies for system-level, integration, and hardware-level testing.
Develop and maintain comprehensive V&V documentation, including verification plans, protocols, and risk assessments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the verification and validation process.
Establish alternative verification approaches to minimize manual testing while maintaining compliance.
Use statistical tools to characterize product performance and focus formal testing where it adds the most value.
Investigate unexpected results using structured problem-solving methods and communicate findings clearly.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent degree earned outside of the United States) in an engineering field andminimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in an engineering field with aminimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Hands-on experience planning, developing, executing, and documenting verification or validation tests for complex products.
Demonstrated systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of applied statistics and experimental design.
Experience with complex, electro-mechanical, software-controlled systems, particularly medical devices.
Product development experience in an Agile/iterative environment.
Familiarity with requirements and test-management systems such as DOORS, OpenText ALM, or Jama Connect.
Ability to analyze data with tools like Minitab, R, Python, or MATLAB.
Engaged self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
