About the role
Globalpundits is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll lead requirements and analysis work for the team's application stack: Maximo and SSIS, NextAxiom, or corporate business applications, depending on the team. You'll work directly with stakeholders on complex process and system decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex business and technical initiatives
• Analyze current-state processes and systems end to end and recommend future-state solutions
• Translate complex requirements into functional specifications and review specifications written by others
• Work directly with business leaders and technical teams to resolve complex requirements, scope and design questions
• Provide subject-matter expertise on the assigned application stack and on business process improvement
• Lead analysis workstreams and mentor junior and mid-level analysts

What we're looking for

• 8–12+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation
• Deep experience with Maximo and SSIS, NextAxiom or similar integration platforms, or corporate business applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
• Proven experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams on complex initiatives
• Experience in regulated environments such as energy, utilities or manufacturing is a plus
