Job Summary:Â
This role is responsible for maintaining and improving corporate IT infrastructure, focusing on collaboration tools and cloud services. You will work to integrate disparate systems and develop strategies to enhance service levels. The position requires proactive support for existing systems and the implementation of new technologies to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance email, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint services.
- Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform, including its applications and data.
- Support AI platforms, agents, and their related security and governance.
- Utilize eDiscovery tools for legal, compliance, and investigative needs.
- Implement and manage email security solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced administration of Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD and related technologies
- Experience administering and governing the Microsoft Power Platform, including environment strategy, Dataverse, connectors, data loss prevention policies, tenant settings, capacity, security roles, managed environments, and application lifecycle management
- This role requires experience in managing and optimizing cloud-based collaboration and productivity platforms within a corporate IT environment.
