ROLE Summary:

The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for end-to-end supply management, from planning through delivery. Upon receiving downstream demand forecasts, you will evaluate lead times, raw material availability, placement options, and capacity constraints to develop a comprehensive and executable supply plan.

The plan is communicated to the source base, and supply confirmations are secured and monitored. The primary goal is to ensure product delivery to the business while managing the global supply planning process. Success requires coordination, strategic planning capabilities, and a sound understanding of supply chain dynamics to increase performance and achieve our goals.

About the Job

· Constrained Supply Planning: Analyse unconstrained supply requests by applying constraints such as lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), capacity, and raw material availability. Deliver a viable, confirmed, and constrained supply plan.

· Supply Confirmation Performance: Ensure supply confirmations exceed established goals while maintaining planning efficiency.

· Collaboration: Partner with Business, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to promote seamless execution of supply plans interdepartmental coordination.

· Supply Constraint Resolution: Evaluate and resolve supply and resource constraints by discussing capacity and lead times with Sourcing teams and vendors. Identify cross-sourcing opportunities to improve supply chain flexibility.

· Programme Identification: Identify products and markets that are suitable candidates for agility programmes.

· Agility Model Implementation: Collaborate with Sourcing teams and vendors to implement agility models that reduce lead times, improve supply chain responsiveness, and support changing market needs.

About You

· Experience: 12+ years of experience across supply chain management disciplines such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Procurement. We will view experience in the apparel industry favourably.

· Analytical Planning: Planning capabilities in forecasting, demand planning and resource allocation.

· Deadline Management: Deliver high-quality work within the stipulated timeframe.

· Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with supply planning systems. Hands-on experience in these areas will be a distinct advantage.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
