- Develop best of class test programs to support key NPI, quality & capability initiativesÂ
- Support qualification, characterization, and correlation of developed productsÂ
- Train and guide more junior team members, building their skill sets and capabilities for independent successÂ
- Work with leadership to implement processes, procedures, guidelines and specifications that define and drive execution and quality for the test groupÂ
- Implement and develop baseline software and hardware solutions for scaling the broader team or organizationÂ
- Determine and report ROI inputs for planning and test flow with revenue, COGS and capacity mindfully in focus Â
- Complete quality planning, hardware and software reviews for the test groupÂ
- Coordinate with product engineering and operations to enable seamless production ramp and releaseÂ
- Support production yield and customer return activities for qualityÂ
- Act as a test platform expert on the ATE equipment in use for the test groupÂ
- Serve as a mentor for younger and less experienced engineersÂ
- Support the tech/lab team in dealing with equipment calibration and maintenance issues and planning as requiredÂ
- Manage 3rd party relationships and building success with external technical teamsÂ
- Â
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer ScienceÂ
- 10 to 15+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE).Â
- 10 to 15+ years of hands-on experience in ATE test development for analog, digital and mixed signal, with a strong focus on analog power product testing.Â
- Experience in programming such as C++, basic, Perl, python, etc.Â
- Experience in testing and collecting data on IC chips or circuits using standard tools such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.Â
- Proficient with ATE analog digital instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and strong debug/troubleshooting experienceÂ
- Hands-on experience in debugging analog products with serial bus interfacesÂ
- Experience with test hardware and test program developmentÂ
