Senior Staff Engineer - Product and Platform Engineering

The Senior Staff Engineer will serve as the onsite interface between customer stakeholders and the Altimetrik delivery team. The role will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining automation solutions, establishing technical standards, managing delivery priorities, and ensuring that automation solutions are scalable, reusable, secure, and supportable.

The initial focus will include factoring client onboarding, underwriting automation, and back-office automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

§ Stakeholder Management & Consulting

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand operational challenges and automation opportunities.
Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
Act as a trusted advisor for automation strategy, operating model, and implementation roadmap.

§ Solution Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, APIs, workflow orchestration, document processing, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Drive API-first design principles and identify opportunities to reduce dependency on UI-based automation.
Design reusable automation components, common authentication modules, workflow templates, and integration frameworks.

§ Delivery Leadership

Senior Staff Engineer delivery across multiple workstreams.
Review solution designs, estimates, development standards, and testing approaches.
Manage project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure delivery aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

§ Observability & Supportability

Establish monitoring, logging, ing, and operational-dashboard requirements.
Support transition toward business and technical observability models.
Define production support processes and continuous-improvement practices.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Intelligent Automation.
Strong expertise in UiPath architecture and enterprise automation delivery.
Experience integrating automation solutions with Salesforce, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of automation governance, security, and operational support models.
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

Financial Services, Lending, Risk, Compliance, or Insurance domains.
Experience with AWS, Grafana, OnBase, and Intelligent Document Processing.
UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer Certification.
