Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimizeAzure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments for high availability and reliability.
• Monitor and supportmicroservices, applications, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implementscalable, highly available, resilient, and multi-region cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performincident response, RCA, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Developmonitoring, alerting, and Grafana dashboards using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
• Automate operational processes usingPython, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Deploy and manageDocker and Kubernetes/AKS, OpenShift, or Rancher environments.
• SupportJava/Spring/Spring Boot-based microservices and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate withEngineering, Development, Support, Security, IAM, and Cloud teams to resolve customer and production issues.
• Participate inon-call support, customer onboarding/offboarding, production deployments, and planned/unplanned outage management.
• Contribute to architecture and system design reviews and continuously improveautomation, security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
