Required Skills

Strong handson experience with Delphix Masking Static and Dynamic Masking

Deep understanding of Integrated vs NonIntegrated Database Architectures and remediation complexities

Expertise in database technologies such as AWS cloud DB SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL DB2 or equivalent

Strong SQL skills for data analysis profiling validation and reconciliation

Experience in data lineage analysis dependency mapping and data flow assessment

Strong understanding of TDM data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements

Experience managing largescale remediation and masking programs involving multiple application teams

Excellent stakeholder management and crossfunctional coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Insurance domain experience Life Annuity preferred

Experience with cloud databases AWS RDS Aurora Redshift Azure SQL PostgreSQL etc

Exposure to Collibra Informatica or other metadata and lineage solutions

Automation experience using Python
