Job Description

Design and develop enterprise customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream and StreamServe

Lead migration and upgrade initiatives from legacy CCM platforms to OpenText Exstream

Develop and maintain customerfacing communications including notices statements letters bills and forms

Configure document workflows connectors archival solutions and output management processes

Develop Javabased utilities and integrations for XML processing validation file handling and system connectivity

Implement RESTSOAP integrations with enterprise applications and thirdparty platforms

Support SAP xECM Content Server and document archival solutions

Ensure application performance scalability accessibility and compliance requirements are met

Collaborate with business compliance and technology teams to deliver endtoend solutions

Provide production support troubleshooting deployment assistance and technical mentoring

Roles Responsibilities

Lead architecture development and deployment of CCM solutions

Provide technical leadership for OpenText Exstream and StreamServe implementations

Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices

Drive document modernization and migration initiatives

Develop reusable templates workflows and integration components

Resolve production issues and support continuous improvements

Coordinate with business stakeholders vendors and project teams

Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing

Participate in Agile planning reviews and project delivery activities
