Job Summary

Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance strategies for AIML Generative AI APIs and AI enabled applications to ensure high performance and reliability

Job Description

• Define and implement comprehensive quality strategies tailored for AIML models Generative AI APIs and AI enabled applications.
• Validate functional accuracy AI response quality system performance reliability integration and regression through automated testing techniques
• Develop and maintain reusable AI testing frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency across multiple customer projects
• Utilize Rest Assured for API testing to ensure robust and reliable API performance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing approaches
• Continuously improve testing processes by integrating the latest tools and best practices in AI quality assurance
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI testing and quality assurance to drive innovation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and strategies for AIML and Generative AI solutions
• Develop automated test scripts and frameworks including the use of Rest Assured to validate AI model outputs and system integrations
• Analyze test results to identify defects or areas for improvement in AI response and system performance
• Work closely with development and product teams to address quality issues and optimize AI application reliability
• Ensure consistent application of quality standards across various customer engagements
• Maintain and enhance testing frameworks to support efficient and scalable testing
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve quality assurance processes
