Lead the development and implementation of project governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring clear communication and expectation management Oversee risk and crisis management processes to proactively identify assess and mitigate potential project risks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with business goals Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with timelines budgets and quality standards Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders to provide timely updates and manage escalations Support continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies and governance practices Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting to meet audit and compliance requirements Foster a culture of accountability transparency and collaboration within project teams Drive Agile ValueDriven Delivery practices to maximize project value and ensure iterative progress aligned with business priorities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop enforce and maintain project governance policies procedures and standards

Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Track and control project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost management

Identify assess and manage risks and issues maintaining RAID logs Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies

Lead project governance meetings document minutes and ensure timely followups

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to resolve escalated project challenges

Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and engagement

Support audit processes ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance

Prepare and present regular status reports dashboards and executive summaries to leadership

Implement and champion Agile methodologies focused on valuedriven delivery to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
