Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java development and expertise in Data Architecture and Big Data Hadoop Ecosystem to design and implement scalable data engineering solutions.

Job Description:

• Design and develop robust data architecture solutions leveraging Java and Big Data Hadoop Ecosystem components.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems.
• Ensure data quality consistency and security throughout the data lifecycle Optimize performance of data processing applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Apply best practices in coding design patterns and data engineering methodologies Stay updated with emerging big data technologies and recommend improvements.
• Work with distributed computing frameworks and data storage technologies within the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Java and Hadoop ecosystem tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable high-performance data processing applications.
• Collaborate with data architects’ analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of big data technologies and Java development best practices.
• Ensure application scalability reliability and security in data processing workflows.
• Manage deadlines prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to align on solution objectives.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data processing and integration issues.
• Complete mandatory certifications and assessments relevant to Java and big data technologies.
