Position AIML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AIML Engineer to design develop deploy and support scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that drive business value The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Machine Learning Generative AI Large Language Models LLMs RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG MLOps and software engineering with the ability to deliver productionready AI applications

Key Responsibilities

Design build and deploy ML models for prediction recommendation forecasting and anomaly detection

Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources

Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training deployment monitoring and continuous improvement

Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications

Collaborate with business data and engineering teams to translate requirements into AIdriven solutions

Ensure compliance with security governance responsible AI and model risk management standards

Mentor team members and contribute to AIML best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Mathematics or a related field

5 years of experience in AIML Data Science or Software Engineering

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL

Handson experience with TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn and production ML deployments

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms statistics data processing and software development best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in a related field

Experience with Generative AI LLMs GPT Llama Claude Prompt Engineering and RAG

Experience with AWS Azure or GCP

Knowledge of Docker KubernetesOpenShift CICD and MLOps platforms

Experience with vector databases largescale data processing and regulated industries such as financial services

Technical Skills
