Senior Specialist - Consulting

Location- Nicosia, Cyprus (Onsite)

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements analyse business processes for improvements

Translate requirements into functional specifications Prepare Epic and User story for the development team

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams and gather feedback and provide updates

Analyse data to provide the insights and datadriven strategic recommendations

Conduct market research about industry trends and best practices perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities

Must Know Greek Language

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of APIs and Digital channels eg Web banking Mobile App API Banking etc

Experience with Agile methodologies eg Scrum Kanban

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques eg JIRA Confluence

Exposure in Payments SEPA SWIFT ISO20022 knowledge on Retail Banking

Good to have

Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience UX design

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry

Familiar with Common Data Modelling Techniques using Drawio Microsoft Visio

Product knowledge in BACKBASE is an added advantage
