Job Summary
Seeking an AI Expert Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Generative AI Agentic systems LLM platforms OpenAI Claude and opensource options and vector databases to design and implement AIdriven solutions aligned with client business needs
Job Description
Design and build generative AI solutions using OpenAI models
Work with Claude and other LLM platforms
Design implement and manage AI agents and workflows
Implement retrievalbased systems using chunking embedding and vectorization
Work with vector databases for highdimensional data storage and retrieval
Integrate AI solutions into existing systems
Ensure scalable and robust architecture
Monitor performance and improve systems
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs and related technologies
Translate business requirements into backend and AI solutions
Work in shift 2 PM IST 11 PM IST
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead architecture and implementation of AI systems
Build and maintain AI agents and vector database layers
Develop solutions addressing business use cases
Mentor junior engineers
Evaluate and introduce relevant technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and delivery
Ensure best practices in development and deployment
Troubleshoot issues across services data and workflows
Required Skills
8 to 12 years of experience in Pythonbased backend development
Strong experience building web applications using Flask or Django
Handson experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude
Experience implementing retrieval systems including chunking embedding and vectorization
Experience working with vector databases
Strong SQL skills including schema design and query optimization
Experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend services
Experience with version control using Git
Experience working with CICD pipelines
Experience implementing multi agentic workflows
Good to Have
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain Langgraph Langsmith
Exposure to prompt design and evaluation techniques
