Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist - Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical for driving the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative business solutions, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and collaborative methodologies to meet evolving business needs.

Job Description:

1. Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to identify business challenges, opportunities, and innovative solutions.

2. Conduct in-depth business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution definition for complex projects.

3. Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

4. Create and maintain various UML diagrams (e.g., Use Case, Activity, Sequence) to model business processes and system interactions.

5. Utilize M365 Suites of Products for effective collaboration, documentation, and project management across teams.

6. Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to provide actionable business insights.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

8. Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Support the full software development lifecycle, from conception through deployment and post-implementation review.

10. Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

* 8-12 years of progressive experience in business analysis roles.

* Proven expertise in facilitating Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops.

* Proficiency with M365 Suites of Products (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for collaboration and productivity.

* Demonstrated ability to create compelling data visualizations and reports using PowerBI and Tableau.

* Strong command of UML diagrams for process and system modeling.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with concepts in the Energy Utilities domain (e.g., Power Generation, Transmission Distribution, Smart Grid Operations, Utility Customer Operations) or other relevant industry sectors is an advantage.

* Understanding of industry solutions such as SAP ISU, Oracle Utilities, or Maximo, and digital technologies like Cloud Platforms, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
