We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical for translating complex business needs into actionable solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring successful project delivery within dynamic industry sectors.

Job Description:

1. Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunities.

2. Conduct in-depth requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

3. Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

4. Develop and maintain detailed process flows, use cases, and system diagrams, including UML diagrams, to illustrate solution designs.

5. Utilize the M365 Suites of Products for effective collaboration, documentation, and project management across teams.

6. Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.

7. Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.

8. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

9. Support the full project lifecycle from conception through implementation, including testing, training, and post-launch support.

10. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation, contributing to the enhancement of business analysis practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Proven experience (8-12 years) in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

*Expertise in facilitating Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops.

*Proficiency with M365 Suites of Products (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

*Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.

*Strong ability to create and interpret UML diagrams (e.g., Use Case, Activity, Sequence diagrams).

*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

*Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Domain Expertise:

*Deep understanding and experience within one or more of the following domains:

*Travel Industry (e.g., Airline Operations, Reservations, Loyalty Programs, Revenue Management, Travel Distribution Systems).

*Transportation Logistics (e.g., Fleet Management, Route Optimization, Supply Chain Visibility, Mobility Services).

*Hospitality (e.g., Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Revenue Optimization, Guest Experience Management).

*Consumer Leisure Services (e.g., Customer Experience, Loyalty Rewards, Omnichannel Service Management, Personalization Programs).

Technology Acumen:

*Familiarity with industry-specific platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Oracle Hospitality, Opera PMS, or Airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS).

*Understanding of digital technologies including Cloud Platforms, Mobile Applications, CRM Solutions, AI/Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Commerce Platforms.

*Knowledge of operational technologies like Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and Contact Center Solutions.
