Job Description

Lead the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet enterprise requirements Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident Problem Change and Request Management Develop advanced scripting solutions using JavaScript for Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes and UI Actions Design and maintain integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Optimize workflows and automate processes using Flow Designer Workflow Editor and virtual agent technologies Guide client teams on leveraging Agentic AI and virtual agentbased automation to optimize work processes Ensure platform stability through regular maintenance upgrades and patch management Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements create technical specifications and estimate effort Stay current with ServiceNow best practices platform features Agentic AI trends and industry innovations to continuously improve solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Architect and lead the development of scalable and maintainable ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices Configure and customize ITSM modules to meet business needs Implement complex scripting and automation to enhance system functionality and user experience Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty applications Serve as an expert on Agentic AI and virtual agent automation providing guidance to client teams on optimization strategies Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning grooming and reviews Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure high availability and performance Document development processes configurations and solutions following coding standards Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects
