Our client is seeking a Senior Sourcer to support a Military Talent and Partnerships team focused on identifying and engaging military talent for financial services opportunities, with a primary emphasis on Claims-related positions. This is a dedicated sourcing role responsible for building robust talent pipelines, developing strategic sourcing initiatives, and partnering with recruiters and business leaders to meet recurring and high-volume hiring demands
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on Claims hiring, including Claims Adjusters and related insurance operations positions.
- Identify, engage, and build pipelines of military talent and niche candidate populations for financial services opportunities.
- Translate military experience and transferable skills into relevant claims and insurance career paths.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines within ATS and CRM systems.
- Leverage previous applicants, silver medalist candidates, and internal mobility talent pools to accelerate hiring efforts.
- Support high-volume, surge, and seasonal recruiting initiatives.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing platforms to identify passive candidates and expand talent reach.
- Contribute to diversity sourcing initiatives, geographic expansion efforts, and recruiting process improvements.
- 4+ years of sourcing experience supporting Claims, Insurance Operations, or regulated hiring environments.
- Strong understanding of claims-related roles and the ability to translate candidate backgrounds into appropriate opportunities.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and sourcing initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulated and licensed hiring environments.
- Proven experience developing geographic sourcing strategies and labor market mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
- Experience conducting intake meetings and influencing hiring strategies.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
- Experience sourcing military talent and translating military backgrounds into financial services careers.
- Experience supporting claims organizations and insurance-based talent acquisition efforts.
- Background in operational or high-volume recruiting settings.
