Location: East Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable enterprise application architectures.
- Lead the development of AI-powered applications, AI Agents, Copilots, RAG solutions, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Develop secure integrations with Microsoft 365 technologies including Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), configuration management (Ansible), and automated deployment processes.
- Design containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish best practices for application security, monitoring, logging, observability, disaster recovery, and production support.
- Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Database, and Business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate technologies and recommend build, buy, configure, or integration strategies based on business and technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise production applications.
- Strong hands-on software development experience usingPython.
- Experience withJavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Bash, PowerShell, and SQL.
- Strong experience withAzure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, observability, and platform reliability.
- Experience implementing secure software development practices and DevSecOps.
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, and enterprise security.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations including Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience buildingGenerative AI,LLM,RAG,AI Agents,Copilot, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Gemini, or Vertex AI.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Security, or AI certifications.
- Previous experience leading architecture initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
