Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will drive scalable solution design, modernize enterprise applications, and support AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Architect REST APIs and event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka and distributed systems.
- Support banking and payment platforms, transaction processing, and financial application integration.
- Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, CI/CD automation, and system performance optimization.
- Define architecture standards, security practices, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Explore Generative AI and AI-assisted development to improve engineering productivity and business capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems expertise.
- Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration.
- Banking, payments, or financial services domain experience.
- AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- SQL/NoSQL databases, application security, and performance optimization.
- Solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- Generative AI, LLM integrations, RAG, OpenAI APIs, or Spring AI.
- Terraform, observability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with banking security and regulatory standards.
